- Chicken: I used chicken breasts, cut into cube ‘nuggets.’ You can use a different cut of chicken meat if you prefer, or a different protein all together.
- All Purpose Flour: I normally use King Arthur organic all purpose flour for all my recipes, I love the consistency and texture of the crumb this flour produces.
- Smoked Paprika: give an additional depth of flavor to the breading.
- Garlic Powder: Also a major pantry staple ingredient that get used in our house daily! I love this garlic powder and add it to a lot of recipes that I use fresh garlic in too.
- Onion Powder: adds a delicious and savory flavor to this dish as well, and the onion powder pairs nicely with the garlic flavor in the salad.
- cayenne, and
- Italian Seasoning Blend: usually has thyme, basil, rosemary, parsley, etc. I love this bright and flavorful Italian season mix which brings this amazing dish to life.
- Eggs: to hold the breading to the chicken.
- Raw Honey: this raw organic honey is so delicious paired with this chicken.
- Garlic
- Worcestershire sauce: gives the sauce a bright and tangy flavor.

How Do You Make Honey Garlic Chicken Bites?
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the pan, tilt pan to coat the parchment paper evenly with the oil. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- In another medium bowl, crack the eggs and scramble well to combine.
- To bread the chicken, dip in the flour mixture, then egg, then flour again. Place the dredged chicken bites on the sheet pan in a single layer. Repeat for all pieces of chicken.
- Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5-10. Chicken should be cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
- While the chicken is baking, add the honey, chopped garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
- Remove finished chicken from the oven. Toss the baked chicken with the honey garlic sauce. Serve, and enjoy!

- 1.5 cups all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil or other high heat oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup honey
