How Do I Bake BBQ Chicken?
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the BBQ sauce, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using) and black pepper. With a spoon mix well to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs to the sauce, and toss well to combine, ensuring every inch of chicken is coated in sauce. Place the chicken thighs on a sheet pan, and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven after baking, and using a digital meat thermometer, ensure chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve hot with your favorite BBQ side dishes and enjoy!
