- Long noodles – you can use broad rice noodles or even a longer wheat pasta like fettucine or linguine for this dish! Rice noodles are a great gluten free option, if you avoid wheat.
- Honey: I recommend trying a local farmers market to find the best raw honey in your area. Or else, organic honey is is a favorite of ours.
- Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil: I like to use a fruity olive oil which has a fantastic flavor and deep color- it’s inexpensive & I like to keep a few liters stocked up in my pantry.
- Fresh Garlic & Onions
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce – I like using a low sodium soy sauce to reduce the amount of salt overall in my recipes.
- Hot peppers – I used Thai chilis for extra spice.
- Toasted Sesame Oil: The sesame oil gives the perfect toasty flavor to the dressing of this salad. Toasted sesame oil is traditional in a lot of asian dishes, and will give you salad the perfect flavor.
