8ouncespastaI used a wide rice noodle
2tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1/3cupmirin
1/4cuphoney
3smallchili peppersor 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1limejuiced
1tablespoontoasted sesame oil
3clovesgarlicminced
1tablespooncorn starch
1tablespooncold water
1/2teaspoonblack pepper

Method
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles in, and cook according to package instructions. Drain noodles, and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, chilis, and honey. Whisk well to combine.
In a pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until it begins to turn golden brown. Add the soy sauce mixture, and whisk well to combine. Add the noodles, and stir for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the corn starch and cold water together, until the corn starch dissolves. Add the corn starch slurry to the noodles, and stir well. Sauce will thicken in 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat, and serve with fresh chopped cilantro and black pepper. Enjoy hot!
