Honey Old Bay Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon filets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Place salmon filets on a plate, skin side down. Remove any bones, and pat the salmon dry.
  • To each salmon filet, add half the Dijon mustard in an even layer. Then add the honey, and Old Bay seasoning to the top.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the oil to the bottom of a baking dish. Place the salmon in the greased dish, skin side down.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Broil the fish for the last minute to get a crispy brown crust on top with the Old Bay spices. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and enjoy!
