Method
Add the chickpeas, garlic cloves, lemon, cumin, garlic salt, and olive oil to a food processor.
Start by pulsing on low speed and work up to high speed until the hummus is creamy and well combined. If the hummus is too dry, add an additional tablespoon of olive oil.
Transfer the hummus to a dish and sprinkle chili flakes and parsley on top. Dip vegetables, pita chips, or crackers into the hummus and enjoy!
