Take cream cheese out of refrigerator, and place on counter for at least 1 hour until it comes to room temperature.
In a food processor, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh dill (or fresh herbs), and lemon juice. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes until ingredients are well combined.
