Ingredients

  • 16 ounces chopped pepperoni sausage pieces
  • 8 ounces baked cheese crackers
  • 8 ounces mini pretzels
  • 8 ounces cheese sandwich crackers
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • Storage Bag

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add the pretzels, baked cheese crackers, and cheese sandwich crackers.
  2. Add in the peanuts, walnuts, cashews, and dried cranberries.
  3. Right before serving, add in the pepperoni pieces. Mix well to combine. If making this ahead, keep the pepperoni separate until serving as it can make the crackers soggy.
  4. Store in an airtight container, and enjoy!

Expert Tips
If you are keeping a snack mix for more than 24 hours, I recommend keeping the meat sticks separate from the rest of the ingredients. Oil on the meat sticks could cause the rest of the mix to get soggy so it's best to mix in the meat right before serving.
