Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the pan, tilt pan to coat the parchment paper evenly with the oil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
In another medium bowl, crack the eggs and scramble well to combine.
To bread the chicken, dip in the flour mixture, then egg, then flour again. Place the dredged chicken bites on the sheet pan in a single layer. Repeat for all pieces of chicken.
Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5-10. Chicken should be cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
While the chicken is baking, add the honey, chopped garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
Remove finished chicken from the oven. Toss the baked chicken with the honey garlic sauce. Serve, and enjoy!
