Honey Old Bay Salmon

This honey old bay salmon recipe is a sweet and spicy way to enjoy flavorful salmon, and is easy to make! This one-pan dinner cooks quickly, and is a great meal the whole family will love.

2 salmon filets about 6 ounces each 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 1 tablespoon olive oil Lemon Juice
Place salmon filets on a plate, skin side down. Remove any bones, and pat the salmon dry.
To each salmon filet, add half the Dijon mustard in an even layer. Then add the honey, and Old Bay seasoning to the top.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the oil to the bottom of a baking dish. Place the salmon in the greased dish, skin side down.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Broil the fish for the last minute to get a crispy brown crust on top with the Old Bay spices. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and enjoy!
