When mangoes are in season, this is no better way to enjoy them then in a delicious and perfectly sweet smoothie. I found a big box of honey mangoes recently, and have been making some great recipes – including this smoothie with coconut water.

This smoothie is naturally sweet & thick (no added dairy or sugar), and is made with great fruits like banana, mango, and a hint of lime for acidity.  My husband and I both gave this one a 10/10, it made a delicious breakfast.

It’s also a great snack when you want something sweet, but also natural.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Mango – you can use fresh or frozen mangoes, which are sweet, ripe, and so perfect in this smoothie.
  • Coconut Water – I absolutely love the flavor of this coconut water! It’s great in this smoothie, or even just by itself to rehydrate.
  • Banana
  • Lime – adds a little kick, and pairs nicely with the papaya. You can add lime juice, or the whole lime (peel and all) in which I usually do.
  • Ice
  • Medjool Dates – dates add natural sweetness to recipes, and have a fantastic flavor! I’ve been adding dates to everything lately – I buy dates by the box and add them to smoothies, desserts, and just enjoy them as a snack.
