  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened unsalted butter. Use a mixer and whip the butter until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add in the fresh chopped garlic, parsley, chives, onion powder, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Store the butter in an airtight container, or roll it into a log for easier slicing. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine.
