Ranch Dip VS Dressing
Ranch dip is essentially a thicker version of ranch dressing, and it’s a creamy and flavorful condiment. It’s typically made with a creamy base blended with savory seasonings like garlic, onion, and dill.
This dip goes beyond your typical veggies and chips – it’s great for wings, pizza crusts, and even as a sandwich spread.
Ingredients for Ranch Dip
Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!
- Greek yogurt – I used Greek yogurt for the base of this dip as it’s thick, tangy, and high in protein. I used a fat free yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you prefer: 2% or even whole milk yogurt.
- Ranch seasoning packets – which have a wonderful blend of salt, dill, herbs, and garlic!
Alternatives to Greek Yogurt
If you don’t have Greek yogurt, or want to substitute out a different option you can try the below!
- Mayonnaise
- Sour Cream
- A Non-Dairy Yogurt like cashew yogurt or even soy yogurt
