This tzatziki shrimp recipe is simple and flavorful, a fantastic meal you can make in 30 minutes, including the garlicky tzatziki dip! It's low in carbs, high in protein, and a great way to enjoy fresh or frozen shrimp.
Rinse shrimp under cold water, allow to drain, and set aside.
In a shallow pan or cast iron skillet, heat the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the garlic begins to brown at the outside. Add the salt and pepper.
Turn up the heat to medium heat, and place the shrimp in an even layer at the bottom of the pan. Allow the shrimp to cook for 3 to 4 minutes until pink on one side, then flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes on the other side until cooked through. Add the lemon juice and toss well to combine.
Make the tzatziki: in a medium mixing bowl, add all the tzatziki ingredients and stir well to combine.
To plate the shrimp: add the tzatziki sauce to the plate, and place the shrimp on top of the sauce. Dip shrimp in tzatziki and enjoy!
