This sub in a tub recipe is a great high-protein lunch option loaded with chopped cold cuts, sliced cheeses, fresh chopped vegetables, and a tangy vinaigrette dressing. A simple, tasty, no-cook recipe that you can make in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups chopped lettuce I used 2 large heads of Romaine
  • 8 ounces deli turkey sliced
  • 8 ounces deli ham sliced
  • 4 ounces salami sliced
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese sliced or cubed
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup banana pepper rings
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

Equipment

  • Large Serving Bowl
  • Mixing Bowls

Method

  1. Chop lettuce finely, and place into a large mxiing bowl.
  2. Next, chop the ham, turkey, salami, and the provolone cheese.
  3. Place the meats and cheeses over the lettuce.
  4. Finally, top with pickles, banana pepper slices, and dressing. Serve cold and enjoy!

Want to swap meats? Try other cold cuts that you love: different types of ham, smoked turkey, sliced bologna, prosciutto, or sliced chicken instead.
