2lbwhole brisket
2eggs
1tablespoonBBQ rub

1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1cupbreadcrumbs

1/2teaspoonsalt and pepper
For the Brisket Burgers

Method
Cut the fat off the brisket meat. Get as much fat trimmed of as possible. Then cut the meat into slices that will fit through your meat grinder.
Feed the brisket slices through the meat grinder, until they are all ground.
Add the remaining ingredients to the ground brisket: breadcrumbs, eggs, BBQ rub, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
With two spoons (or your hands) mix well to combine all ingredients together until well-mixed.
Form the ground brisket mixture into balls (to be smashed down) or patties.
Grill the brisket burger patties on a cast iron pan, or on the grill until they are cooked thoroughly. Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
