Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, including the fruit, lime juice, coconut water, and ice.
  • Start the blender on low speed and work your way up to high speed and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!
