Ingredients You’ll Need
Stir fry noodles – you can use Chinese egg noodles if you can find them, or use ramen noodles, udon noodles, or Thai wheat noodles for a great substitute.
Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms – a hearty and tasty mushroom, which has a great flavor and texture in this easy recipe! Pan-fry the mushrooms until brown and enjoy.
Butter – I used unsalted butter so I could control the amount of saltiness in this dish.
Fresh garlic – I use fresh minced garlic which gives these noodles the best flavor! If you don’t have fresh garlic, you can use minced jarred garlic
Honey for a little natural sweetness.
Soy Sauce or use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten free version.
Stir Fry Sauce is a great base for this stir fry recipe. You can make a tasty homemade sauce, or use a store-bought bottled sauce for an easier option.
Parmesan cheese – while this may seem like an unusual ingredient in a stir fry
Chopped chives for garnish and flavor! If you can’t find chives, try using sliced green onions.
Black Pepper – which adds a wonderful hint of spice and texture for these noodles.

I used a store bought stir-fry sauce, but you could add in some oyster sauce, fish sauce, or hoisin sauce.
