Instructions
Preheat your oven (or grill, if using) to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Check your salmon filets for bones, and remove any. Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, add the miso paste, soy sauce (or gluten free tamari), rice vinegar, honey, toasted sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk well to combine until all the miso paste has dissolved.
Using a silicon brush, brush the miso glaze over the salmon. Allow salmon to sit for 5 minutes, then brush the glaze on the salmon again.
Bake (or grill) salmon for 8 minutes, the remove from the oven and glaze again. Bake the salmon for an additional 6-10 minutes, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest part of the meat.
Remove from the oven, brush the glaze over the salmon one last time, and top with sesame seeds and freshly squeezed lime juice. Serve hot.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
